Road Crew Live
(This is a very comprehensive view of me, and on the road...)

Music:

In 1979 Frankie Banali and our dear, departed friend Peter Castle helped me record a track I was working on. Frankie recently reminded me of it and after digging through boxes, I managed to find a cassette. I'm putting the track here as a tribute to my friends- it's Peter's birthday today.
Oh, it's really short.
I don't have any current examples of what I sound like, though I haven't changed a whole lot- I'm better now, if anything. Being gone as much as I am kinda puts a damper on my own musical impulses. I will get back into it! (positive reinforcement!). Here are a couple of tunes- We're Not Boys Anymore and People and Cars. I did them in 1985 in the studio we were using to rehearse for the Somewhere in Time tour. I wrote, played and sang everything.  In rather hurried conditions. Enough excuses? lol. Actually, I think it's aged gracefully... I call these the German Demos.
(for guitar geeks- I was using Adrian's black single p/u Charvel, thru his little GK 250ML and 2x 4x 12s. His guitar synth is on People and Cars, as well.)

Live:

When I'm in LA I sometimes play with Happenin' Harry and the Haptones, usually on guitar and helping out with singing (Beer Drinkers and Hellraisers).
In January '13, a special NAMM show at King King with 'The 4 Dudes', with Harry, Billy Sheehan, Mike Portnoy and Bumblefoot.
(my friend filming had no idea who those other guys were. ;-) )

I also played with Roy Z.'s Snakes and Rainbows at the House of Blues in December ('11) for a cancer benefit...with Mark Boals on vocals.
(Thanks to Ruben David Rodriguez and Vicki for the vid.)
